This is an collection of *regiocodes* and *diplomatic keynumbers* and *organisations from _german_ licence plates

this are all open source data which can used from everyone :) 

## association
 - for future plans we want to found a local licenceplate friend association in eastern germany, with focus on digitaly collecting all the different licence plates

## Future plans
    - adding more countries and their inidividual plates
    - keeping the plates acutal
    - found the association
    - build our own website
