Wallpaper-Picker on Niri

arch: yay -S awww rofi libnotify

nix: environment.systemPackages = with pkgs; [ rofi-wayland awww libnotify ];

put wallpaper.rasi in ~/home/.config/rofi/wallpaper.rasi

wallpapers should stay in ~/home/$USER/Pictures/wallpaper
